Elite Resilience Coaching is a specialised management consultancy that provides confidential, on-site support for executives, founders, family office leadership, and other high-profile individuals managing alcohol or substance challenges without entering a residential program. The model deploys support around the client's existing life rather than removing them from it.

Sophie Solmini holds the ICADC (International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential with MATS (Medication-Assisted Treatment Specialist) specialisation, earned and exercised in jurisdictions outside the UAE. She is not a physician and does not prescribe or diagnose. All medical care is delivered by independent licensed physicians. In the UAE the practice is registered as a management consultancy.
