Professional Collaboration

A Strategic Bridge for Global Partners

I provide the strategic liaison and ground-level structure required to manage high-stakes cases across the DIFC, Dubai, London, and Geneva corridor. Headquartered in the DIFC, I support international clinics and local specialists in navigating the Refusal Gap.

For International Clinics and Admissions Teams

Converting the Stalled Inquiry

When a high-profile family needs your facility but the individual refuses to travel, I act as your local resource in the Gulf. I provide the immediate stabilisation on the ground required to prepare the client for eventual admission to your program.

Pre-Admission Stabilization

"I secure the client's environment and the patterns driving the situation until they are ready to travel. You receive a prepared client, not a resistant one."

Post-Treatment Landing

I provide the support structure required when the client returns to Dubai. The clinical gains made in your facility hold in their home environment.

Continuity of Care

I serve as your ongoing local partner. The work does not end at discharge. I ensure the transition back to professional life does not undo the progress made.

A Resource for the Professional Circle

I Work Alongside Your Existing Team

For Private Physicians

I serve as your ground-level partner in the field. I provide the daily structure and environmental oversight that supports the plan you have established. In the UAE, I work alongside the physician's existing framework rather than directing it.

For Family Offices

I manage the human complexity so you can manage the assets. I provide the oversight needed to protect the legacy and ensure business continuity during a crisis. One point of contact. Total discretion.

For Legal Counsel

I stabilise the client so you can execute your strategy. My role ensures the individual is clear-headed, present, and compliant for key proceedings. The legal plan does not stall because the environment is chaotic.

The Liaison

Independent. Credentialed. On the Ground.

Sophie Solmini is an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) with 15 years of experience managing high-acuity cases on the ground. As the founder of Heal@Home (2016), she pioneered a model for in-place stabilisation and transition coordination for high-profile individuals.

Her practice is built on the biology of high performance. Not breaking the ego. Stabilizing the hardware. By managing the daily structure and environment around the client, she provides the structure that allows professional and clinical plans to succeed.

Now headquartered in the DIFC, she serves as the local partner for global families and their professional circles across the Gulf corridor.

Work With Me

Currently Accepting a Limited Number of Professional Partnerships

I work with a small number of international clinics, private physicians, and professional advisors on an ongoing referral basis. If you are managing a case in the Gulf that requires ground-level support, or if you are a facility with individuals who are not yet ready to travel, I invite you to open a conversation.

All professional inquiries are handled with the same confidentiality as client engagements.

Questions From the Professional Circle

What Partners Want to Know First

What does Sophie offer professional partners?

Ground-level stabilisation and strategic liaison for cases your team cannot manage from a distance. I work alongside private physicians, international clinics, family offices, and legal counsel to provide the daily structure and environmental oversight that allows the existing plan, clinical or legal or strategic, to hold.

How does this work for international treatment facilities?

When a high-profile family needs your facility but the client refuses to travel, I act as your local resource in the Gulf. I provide pre-admission stabilisation on the ground to prepare the client for travel, post-treatment landing in Dubai when they return, and continuity of care so the gains made in your program do not unravel at home.

How does this work for private physicians?

I do not direct your clinical plan. I provide the daily structure and environmental oversight the plan needs to hold. In the UAE, I work alongside the physician's existing framework, not in place of it.

How does this work for family offices and legal counsel?

For family offices: one point of contact, total discretion. I manage the human complexity around the client so the office can manage the assets. For legal counsel: I stabilise the client so your strategy can execute. The legal plan does not stall because the environment is chaotic.
